GENESIS

Kendriya Vidyalaya Augustyamuni was established in the year 2004 in a temporary building from classes I to V. Currently vidyalaya is running from classes I to XII with science stream . Vidyalaya is located 70 km before the Kedarnath temple.

The extraordinary journey of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, which began in 1963 with just 20 regimental schools, has transformed into a vast network of 1,289 Kendriya Vidyalayas, illuminating the nation with the light of exceptional education.
